This age old favourite now comes as a whole penis pumping kit.

Firstly attach the rubber mouth around the large end of the transparent tube.

Then connect the air bulb and hose kit to the other end of the transparent penis tube nipple.

Now push the center of rubber ring into make it recessed and flat.

Then apply a small amount of lubricant in the rubber rings center rim to allow easy entrance for the penis.

Now position the head of the penis against the center rubber ring and hold the penis tube firmly with one hand, while beginning to pump with the other hand.

Squeeze the rubber bulb to pump the air out from the tube, thereby creating suction.
